- When will I get the products delivered?
We usually take unto 2-3 days to dispatch the order.
Estimated time:
Tamil Nadu: 2-3 days after dispatch.
South Indian states(except TN): 6-8 days after dispatch.
Other states: 8-12 days after dispatch
- Are your products 100% organic?
Our products are not completely organic but 100% natural. We source most of our ingredients and essential oils which are organic in nature. We don’t claim our products to be 100% organic as it is practically impossible to do so.

- What should I do if the creams and body butters melt during transit ?
All you have to do is place the products in the refrigerator for an hour or so. The texture of the product might change but its efficacy still remains the same.
- Is it necessary to refrigerate your products ?
Some products such as Mists, creams etc can be refrigerated for a longer shelf life. Other products such as packs, exfoliators, etc need not be refrigerated but it has to be kept in a clean and dry place.
- Will the products cause an allergic reaction to sensitive skin?
We would advise you to do a patch test before using the products since some people may be allergic to even natural products. If there is an occurrence of rashes, itching or swelling, please stop using the products.
- My product has arrived but it is different to what I ordered. Will you refund the money?
We will replace the product. You will have to return the mis-sent product to our address. the courier changes will be refunded to you.
- My product has arrived but it is damaged. Will you refund the money?
We will offer NO refund. We will replace the product. Only in adverse situations, we shall offer a refund.
- Can we come and collect the products from your place?
We do not encourage the customers to pick up the products from our address. We DO NOT have a retail store, We operate online only. We will courier the products across India.
