Refund Policy

All Sales are final.

We DO NOT offer refund, once you have placed the order.

We offer 100% replacement including shipping charges only in case you receive a different or damaged product. You will have to courier the damaged goods or the mis-sent goods to our address. You may contact us in such cases. Any such discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Time of delivery will be estimated as per Courier Company’s web tracking.

We will refund the money if-

  1. The courier company (Professional Couriers) does not deliver to your location, full refund will be initiated.
  2. If a particular item that is ordered is not available during that time, we shall refund that particular product’s amount.
  3. If the parcel is returned to us because it was unable to be delivered to you, we shall refund in partial (after deducting the delivery fees).

We will however refund in the form of coupon codes in case of some situations encountered. T&c applied*

However, if we deliver to the billing address instead of the shipping address, we shall refund a part of the delivery charges.

Since all packets dispatched from our end are insured with the Courier Company, the above mentioned qualifying criteria for Refund must be adhered to.

The product must be returned in absolutely unworn condition along with the Original Box, Invoice and all accessories / Freebies, if any. When we receive the items, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and it’s in original condition, and then only we will issue a different item in exchange. Only in adverse cases*, we will offer a refund of the product money within 7 days of receipt via Online/Net Banking.

*If Professional courier (our Logistics partner) does not deliver to your locality, then we are in no way responsible. We shall refund your money (only the product price and not the shipment fee).
